Did you follow the documentation when setting up? Also, was it ever working for you?
Yes, I did follow the documentation correctly. I also followed the Google documentation and made the request with Postman – it works fine, I’m able to retrieve the list of users via the API.
Hello Will, the Google connector now allows efficient account management.
A new full version of the Google connector is planned for 2026 with fixes on adding/removing groups, managing for provisioning boolean owned accounts, phone and extended attributes.

I understand that Netwrix is aware of the connector issue and is working on resolutions. From a partner/customer perspective, it can be challenging to know these issues exist before we spend significant time troubleshooting.
Would it be possible to have a regularly updated list of known issues related to NIM/Usercube or is such a list already available somewhere?
This would help partners and customers quickly identify whether a problem is already under investigation, avoid unnecessary troubleshooting like @William did and improve efficiency on both sides.
Thanks for your input. I can understand the challenge of not knowing all the limitations of the product. For connectors, we will be adding a “limitations” section to the documentation when there are specific use cases that we know we cannot yet support. That way, with upcoming releases, the documentation will always be updated.
