Ensure that in the historical database, we also include the person who released a manual session.
Please describe your idea in detail. What is your problem, why do you feel this idea is the best solution, etc.
At the moment when a manual tiering policy is defined in NPS, you can no where see which person has released the policy. For compliancy and also security purposes, this is a very important feature. Not only should the data be logged in the historical tab, but also in the NPS logs too of course.
How do you currently solve the challenges you have by not having this feature?
There is no solution, the only thing you could do is to ask “around” if anyone of the colleagues remembers who approved a particular session.
