What is a one sentence summary of your feature request?
As admin or auditor, i would like to fetch and export a report that show who closed a provisioning ticket (ProvMan connector)
Please describe your idea in detail. What is your problem, why do you feel this idea is the best solution, etc.
This solution will help in auditing who declare actions performed in target system in manual reconciliation processes and calculate manual provisioning error rate that could have happen.
How do you currently solve the challenges you have by not having this feature?
We currently cannot fetch this information since only actors eligible to read provMan ticket is stored/persisted in database.
