The reports generated by GPO changes don’t display the GPO in their own column making it difficult to easily identify what GPO the change was executed against.

The reports generated by GPO changes doesn’t display the GPO in it’s own column making it difficult to easily identify what GPO the change was executed against.
Current display shows who changed it and what change was made, but the name of the GPO is buried in another column and does not have its own in the CSV report. Making it difficult to sort through the report and determine what is expected and what is not.
How do you currently solve the challenges you have by not having this feature?
manually review csv and deciphering the GPO Name from among other data
