Enhance Job Synchronization Changes Display with User Names and Company Information

What is a one sentence summary of your feature request?

Display meaningful user information (Names, Company, etc.) instead of only technical identifiers ( Primary Key) in synchronization ( Job )change reviews to improve administrator productivity.

Please describe your idea in detail. What is your problem, why do you feel this idea is the best solution, etc.

Current situation: When synchronization jobs encounter threshold limits (too many additions/deletions), they pause and present administrators with a review screen showing the affected records. Currently, only the primary key data is present, this page should be enriched with company, first name and last name data.

Administrators cannot identify which actual users, departments, or business entities are affected without manually cross-referencing these technical IDs in external systems. This creates several issues:

  • Time-consuming reviews: What should be a quick approval becomes a lengthy investigation
  • Decision-making delays: Administrators cannot assess business impact without knowing who is affected
  • Error-prone processes: Risk of approving changes without understanding their scope
  • Poor user experience: Technical complexity creates barriers for business administrators

How do you currently solve the challenges you have by not having this feature?

Administrators must manually query internal and external systems (Active Directory, databases, etc.) to identify each affected user by their Primary Key. This process can take 20-30 minutes for large change sets that should require only a few minutes of review time.
