What is a one sentence summary of your feature request?
We request the ability to make the Reset feature available to certifiers without displaying the other unnecessary options.
Please describe your idea in detail. What is your problem, why do you feel this idea is the best solution, etc.
During certification campaigns, the “…” function currently includes the Reset feature along with several other options. As most of these options are not relevant to certifiers and may cause confusion, we would like to request the following:
The ability to hide the unnecessary “…” options for certifiers, while still allowing access to the Reset feature.
Ideally, we would like either the capability to select which options are available to certifiers, or the implementation of a dedicated button for the Reset feature.
How do you currently solve the challenges you have by not having this feature?
At present, we do not have a viable workaround for this issue. As a result, the Reset option is currently being hidden from certifiers.
