Create OIN for SCIM
Please describe your idea in detail. What is your problem, why do you feel this idea is the best solution, etc.
As an engineer, I need a custom OIN created for SCIM support so that I can use the PATCH command for SCIM updates.
How do you currently solve the challenges you have by not having this feature?
Today, the PATCH command is not available and using PUT command is overwriting our added groups with blank membership when subsequent synchs occur. We are attempting a work around where the PUT command is used with full group membership. However, this is not achieving what we need as groups are still not populating reliably. Our TAM and dev requested that the RFE be submitted for the formal paper trail while they troubleshoot our issues.
