In order to import owners in 12.0, you have to use full Carriage Returns and Line Feeds or it fails without error. Until Netwrix fixes it, I thought I would share a solution….
In this example, I depicted each way a line can end… CR or LF alone fail to work, but CRLF will work
You can now select the end of the line through the beginning of the next line, do a find and replace (without touching the “Find what” box, choose search mode “Extended” and replace with “\r\n” This will add the carriage return line feed to every line.

I open and subsequently closed 00460795 when I found the workaround. You have the issue details above and I do not have time to hand-hold yet another support incident nor to test. You are aware of the problem, so please do not inconvenience me with more work for this.
