Allow the importing and exporting of Activities
Please describe your idea in detail. What is your problem, why do you feel this idea is the best solution, etc.
From a support standpoint, allowing customers to export non-working activities would greatly accelerate issue resolution. Support teams could import the activity, identify and fix the problem in a controlled environment, and then return the corrected version to the customer—streamlining the troubleshooting process and reducing back-and-forth communication.
How do you currently solve the challenges you have by not having this feature?
Currently, resolving these issues often requires extensive back-and-forth communication, and in many cases, even Zoom meetings are needed to fully diagnose and address the problem.
