Excluding impossible travel alerts based on the user and country or city.
Please describe your idea in detail. What is your problem, why do you feel this idea is the best solution, etc.
We are experiencing an issue with impossible travel alerts being triggered by remote team members who access systems through VPN connections from different locations. While we want to maintain visibility into potential account compromises, we cannot completely exclude these alerts without reducing our security posture. We are seeking a solution that would allow us to exclude specific team members or teams from these alerts when they are accessing from pre-approved known locations. This would reduce false positives for our remote workforce while preserving our ability to detect actual security threats.
How do you currently solve the challenges you have by not having this feature?
Not excluding the alert from the team member and dealing with the noise.
