Adding the eu-central-1 region for the S3 Bucket File Shadows Repository

Hello!
I would like to create a request to add the eu-central-1 region for the S3 Bucket File Shadows Repository.
The issue is that if enable the recommended option “Indirect artefact retrieval”, there is no possibility to choose eu-central-1 S3 Bucket Region.
Some of our customers strongly need to have exact eu-central-1 in case of S3 Bucket configuration.
Please look into the chance of adding this region as soon as possible.
How do you currently solve the challenges you have by not having this feature?
Currently, the only workaround is to choose another region, which is not fit for the customer.

After a thorough review, there are plans to introduce the eu-central-1 region to the S3 Bucket File Shadows Repository. However, we are currently unable to provide a specific timeline for this addition.
We are hopeful that it will be ready soon, and will update Productboard and inform you once it is scheduled.

As Simona mentioned earlier in response to Danylo’s request, we are actively working on enhancing our S3 Bucket File Shadow integration to offer more flexibility in selecting predefined regions. While we do not yet have a fixed timeline for this improvement, we recommend using the Direct Artifact method as a workaround in the meantime.
