Hi @rnaik, The Change Request Approved notification is generated by a Salesforce Flow. These Flows can be deactivated at any time by a System Administrator, even if they are part of a managed package.

If you’d like to stop this notification from being sent, you can deactivate the Flow as follows:

  1. Go to Setup in Salesforce.

  2. In the Quick Find box, type Flows.

  3. Select Flows under Process Automation.

  4. Locate the Flow named Approved/Rejected Alert.

  5. Click the Flow name to open it.

  6. In the Flow Versions section, find the Active version, open the dropdown, and select Deactivate.

Once deactivated, the notification will no longer be triggered.

I hope this helps, but if you have any other questions about this, you can open a case through our Support Portal and someone can assist you.

I think this would be a very useful feature — having control over email notifications helps reduce inbox clutter and lets each user decide how they want to stay updated.
