Workflow overview screen UI experience improvment
Please describe your idea in detail. What is your problem, why do you feel this idea is the best solution, etc.
In the Workflow overiew screen, while investigating what was done, we often need to review multiple workflow instances.
As it is not possible to open the workflow instance in a new tab, when we have review one instance , we are sent back to the first page of the workflow overview. It is time-consuming /error prone when needed to review old workflow instances.
Ideally, visualizing one workflow instance could open a window like a “widget” (on the side) to review the data modified. At least, grant the possibility to open a workflow instance in a new tab.
Additionally, on the same screen, it is possible the filter specific workflow to review but typing is not allowed.
On environments where there are a lot of workflows, it is not easy to select the workflow we want to see as they are sorted alphabetically.
On the wokflow name filter add the possibility to start typing the workflow name and use a “contains” operator to search the workflow.
How do you currently solve the challenges you have by not having this feature?
We have manually note the request number we have seen then select another one around
