We’re making an important update to improve how you access Netwrix 1Secure.

Starting May 2, we will be migrating authentication to Okta Auth0 for enhanced security and convenience.

What’s Changing?

  • New Login Experience: Updated login flow in preparation for being able to integrate with your organization’s identity provider.

What You Need to Do:

On May 2, we will migrate all tenants to Okta Auth0. On that day users will receive an email prompting them to reset their password and reconfigure multi-factor authentication (MFA).

We’re making this change to give you more flexibility and control over how your users authenticate, especially in enterprise environments where SSO is critical to both usability and security.

The migration of Netwrix 1Secure authentication to the new Auth0 platform is now complete. No further action is required if you have already reset your password using the activation email we sent on 2 May 2025.

If our message was caught by a spam filter—or never arrived—simply:

  1. Go to the 1Secure sign‑in page.

  2. Click “Forgot password.”

  3. Follow the on‑screen instructions to set a new password through Auth0.

That’s it—your account will be ready immediately after the reset.
