Seals should not require permisson control
Please describe your idea in detail. What is your problem, why do you feel this idea is the best solution, etc.
Users should be able to apply seal to entries without need to give them full permission control.
How do you currently solve the challenges you have by not having this feature?
As users are not allowed to get permission control right, they are not able to seal entries they made.
