Hi, I have a customer with an exisiting subscription who requires to export e-discovery logs on Netwrix EPP. But the system freezes when they try to select all logs. Please help

You can export eDiscovery logs from the Scan Results and Actions page into PDF, Excel, or CSV files. Please note that the export function will only capture data currently displayed on the page. To ensure that all entries are included, consider selecting “Show All Entries” from the top left corner of the page.
If you’ve attempted this and are still facing issues, please open a support ticket, and our Technical Support team will assist.

Thanks for the response, but when we try to export all logs, the screen freezes. Hence wanted to request netwrix to add a export button to download all logs without freezing.
