What is a one sentence summary of your feature request?

Please describe your idea in detail. What is your problem, why do you feel this idea is the best solution, etc.

I have successfully completed the Endpoint Protector training available on the customer portal. However, I am unable to find or download the training certificate in the Achievements tab.

How do you currently solve the challenges you have by not having this feature?

Currently, there is no option to download the certificate from the Customer Support Portal.

Hi Krutik,

Thank you for completing the Endpoint Protector training.

At the moment, we do not offer training completion certificates or achievement badges to customers, which is why there is no certificate available to download from the Achievements tab.

In case this changes in the future, we will let you know.
