Being able to see when a file was given open access.
Please describe your idea in detail. What is your problem, why do you feel this idea is the best solution, etc.
When remediating unnecessary open access, we would like to identify if any of the open files we see are new discoveries or if they have been open for a while. Ideally, we would like an additional flag or report column to filter by “new open access”.
How do you currently solve the challenges you have by not having this feature?
We have created a custom report that searches files that are open and then uses its activity to determine when open access was added.
