enable/disable copy paste text content to/from activity session to/from local clipboard (global and select user option)

Please describe your idea in detail. What is your problem, why do you feel this idea is the best solution, etc.

RAG activity session major fail to include basic feature management for copy and paste text content

Currently, this missing feature prevents copy and/or paste text content between local clipboard and rag activity session.

How do you currently solve the challenges you have by not having this feature?

there is no viable solution, feature doesn’t exist and prevents process efficiency

Hi Stephen,

Secure Remote Access (SRA, previously known as RAG) is intended to support copy/paste for text during both RDP and SSH sessions. However, we recently experienced a bug that prevented this functionality.

Our next release, which we are trying to ship within a few weeks, includes a fix for this bug. Please note even with this bug fix, SRA will only support copy/paste for text. It doesn’t support copy/paste for files, at least not yet.

I apologize for this inconvenience, but please know it has been a top priority for us to get this fixed.
