Access Control and Workflows

Improvements have been made to reduce deadlocks during workflows that update multiple identities.

Deleting a user could result in missing information in the UI about what they had done. Now Usercube will indicate that a Deleted User has performed the action.

When roles required more than one approval, emails were sometimes not sent to second and third approvers. Emails are now correctly sent to all levels of approvers.
Certifications and Risks
- Access certification items based on a parameter now show up correctly in the downloaded Excel file.
Connectors and Integrations

Corrected an issue in which the LDAP connection would crash when fetching schema for IBM Directory Server. This correction requires an agent upgrade.

Fixed an issue preventing a refresh of the schema when an explicit ‘dn’ attribute is present in an LDAP external system. This correction requires an agent upgrade.

When using the connection Usercube Ticket and Add/Update/Delete, properties were not “synchronized” if the account already had been. Now, a changed property will correctly reflect a “Verified” state.

An issue has been resolved allowing an EntraID provisioning order, intended to delete the value(s) in a multivalued attribute, to complete successfully. This correction requires an agent upgrade.

Fixed an issue in the SCIM connector that prevented fetching the schema. This correction requires an agent upgrade.
Jobs and Policy

In the Redundant Assignment report, a column is now available for role parameters.

Corrected an issue where cumulative policy simulations on the same policy could modify initial simulations.

If a job’s security threshold is triggered on more than one connector, restarting the job will now restart all blocked connectors, not just the first one.

Corrected a sporadic issue where new roles created by the Role Naming Convention were not applied directly. Now new roles will be applied straight away.

The bulk unblock of filtered, errored, provisioning orders on the Provisioning Review screen now works correctly.

Dates can now be used in the display tables that are shown on the Assigned Roles page.
Logs / Security / Performance
- Corrected an issue where logs where sometimes not appearing in job tasks.
UI / UX

The fulfill internal workflow connection configuration screen has been improved to show the correct properties in the dropdown list for the target and source owner property identifiers.

It is now possible to add multiple languages with the same culture code, for example “en-US” and “en-GB”.

Usercube translations will now be used exclusively for the UI, automatic browser translations could give odd results.
