Installer detects PowerShell 7 requirement for cmdlets
Enhanced the installer to detect the PowerShell 7 requirement for cmdlets and prompt for installation if it is missing.
Application binaries signed for integrity validation
Signed PPE and PPEWeb application binaries to improve integrity verification and consistency.
