How did support resolve the IP issue? That’s a big headache if we’re trying to reuse the IP of the existing EPP server and have to do this during normal support hours.

If you assign a new IP, there is a script to change it for the existing endpoints. Are you migrating the old EPP server to the new one? If yes, please open a support ticket with us, so our Technical Support Engineers can help guide you through the migration process.
