Netwrix Support & Documentation Is A Mess

Netwrix support and documentation has become a total mess. The “new” AI docs and community is a nightmare to use. Links in Netwrix documentation to your own KB articles don’t work. Go here and the link is dead. If you search for the article you can’t find it. The search brings up results for products you don’t own or didn’t click into. When I open Netwrix Auditor docs I get search results for PAM products.

Hi @chadd thanks for taking the time to share this. You are correct about non-functional KB article links in the Netwrix Auditor documentation - we’ve identified 43 that were not updated. They are being addressed as we speak. Thanks for helping bring attention to that.

As for search relevance issues and lack of product-based filtering - this is invaluable feedback as we seek to improve the search experience. If you could send me screenshots and examples of these via direct message, I will share with the team working on search to make sure they are targeting the right problems.
