Email Approval Links
Any existing approval emails sent before this change will no longer be valid. Clicking on those links will result in rejection.
Recommendations for Administrators
• Administrators should ensure that all users are informed that previously sent approval emails will no longer work after the upgrade to version 11.1.5.
• Users will need to request new approval emails for any pending workflow items to continue processing their requests.
• Users may need to clear cookies after the upgrade to the new build.
• The users will be required to authenticate before they can approve/deny the request from an email link.
