How does Netwrix Auditor determine the number of licenses being used in Entra ID? Is there a script I can run to find out how Auditor is doing this?
Hi @badeans_ssc, the number of licenses is defined by enabled Entra ID users, except for those you omitted using omit list. You can refer to this article for more info: Netwrix Auditor Licensing FAQs

Yes, it will, if you use omitUPNlist.txt as described here Microsoft Entra ID Monitoring Scope it’s a relatively new functionality, added about 6 months ago.
