What is a one sentence summary of your feature request?

Atlassian Gov Cloud is a brand new product from Atlassian and IT team needs to migrate existing data to the new Fedramp JIRA instance.

Please describe your idea in detail. What is your problem, why do you feel this idea is the best solution, etc.

There is an ongoing compliance initiative to receive StateRAMP certification. In order to support that initiative, we must migrate Jira Atlassian products to a compliant solution from Atlassian. Strongpoint is currently used for SOX compliance in NetSuite and linked to Jira. How can the team retain existing data from that integration and move to Atlassian Gov Cloud.

How do you currently solve the challenges you have by not having this feature?

IT team wants to make the integration AGC compatible. This is an important initiative that is in progress. They want to stay stick with their timeline of getting this done.

Hi @SPwrUser23, This is now on our roadmap and we expect to have this out before year end. I will update again when we have a more concrete time frame.

Hi @OwlIT, welcome to the Community! Based on our current estimates and planning, we expect to have this out at the latest end of January 2026. If that changes, I will update the post.

Hi @SPwrUser23, Unfortunately this has not proved to be an easy task, and we will have to move this to a second phase after the January release if we can find a way forward. I will update again as soon as I can.
