Besides the built-in MFA in NTM, are there any plans to integrate with Entra via SAML or something else to use the MFA there? Barring that, is there a way to get the built-in MFA to popup an authenticator prompt on a user’s phone?

NTM currently supports SAML integrations today. You can check out the documentation on that configuration here.
The built-in MFA integration should integrate with various 3rd party apps, but it is going to be dependent on that app if it can prompt for notifications.
