Les validations des écarts de ressources devraient être tracées dans l'historique

What is a one sentence summary of your feature request?
Add a history log of corrective actions taken on resource discrepancies.

Please describe your idea in detail. What is your problem, why do you feel this idea is the best solution, etc.
When a property is flagged as a resource discrepancy, three options are available:

  • Update the property with this value

  • Do not update the property value and keep the current resource value

  • Defer the decision

As of today, once someone clicks on one of the options, the action is triggered, but no history is recorded. It is impossible to know who performed the action.
It would be helpful to know who performed the action, on what date, and to allow adding a comment. This history should be viewable in the person’s profile under “View History.”

This traceability is already ensured when a role discrepancy is validated or refused. In the person’s profile, it is possible to see the tracking and the comment on the operation in the “View Rights” tab. Having similar traceability in this format would be useful.

How do you currently solve the challenges you have by not having this feature?
At the moment, it is not possible to know who performed the corrective action on a resource discrepancy. The only way is to ask around among collaborators who have this right.

Hello @kate.flemo ,

If I remember correctly, you said this was already in the pipeline or am I confusing it with another one?

Hi @Alexandre.Briongos Thank you for your feedback, and welcome to the community!

Yes, @Kamil.Wojenkowski you are correct. This is already on the roadmap for an upcoming release. Follow this idea to stay updated on a release date!
