Markdown should be usable in the information field, and the maximum display size of the field should be adjustable via user settings.
Please describe your idea in detail. What is your problem, why do you feel this idea is the best solution, etc.
We would like to make more intensive use of the information field in password records. Unfortunately, the field is relatively unclear due to the maximum field size on the screen. While there is still quite a bit of space on the screen, you already have to scroll within the field.
We are aware of the “double-click function” on the field - but it would be better if the field used all the available space. Support for, e.g., Markdown text would also be nice - but primarily, the ability to use the available screen space would already be an improvement.
Ideally, the maximum field size could be adjustable in the user settings, for example. However, I think it would already be sufficient if the “double-click function” simply expanded the field to the entire remaining screen area.
How do you currently solve the challenges you have by not having this feature?
