increase the maximum number of URL categories

Hello,
We are currently using URL categories to collect and manage web access logs.
Due to the large scale of our organization and the significant number of websites that need to be monitored, the current limit of 15 URL categories presents challenges in log classification and analysis.
Therefore, we would like to request that the maximum number of URL categories be increased to 50.
This change would allow for more granular policy management and improved efficiency in log analysis.

All web access without a designated URL category is currently being logged, which results in the collection of unnecessary logs.
