What is a one sentence summary of your feature request?

An option to include report contents in the body of subscription emails.

Please describe your idea in detail. What is your problem, why do you feel this idea is the best solution, etc.

For example, a report that shows a list of AD accounts created and deleted within the last 24 hours would display the table of AD accounts created and deleted directly in the email body.

Benefits of this include:

• Enabling recipients to quickly review critical changes without logging into the portal or opening attachments

• Improving visibility for managers and stakeholders who only need a quick summary

• Enhancing usability for daily or high-frequency reports

How do you currently solve the challenges you have by not having this feature?

Stakeholders need to click the link in the email and sign into Netwrix Threat Manager.

We can explore this option, but the concern is embedding large datasets within the content of the email. The happy medium may be to offer more detailed summary information within the email body. We believe that attachments and linking the investigation is the most lucrative option to ensure data can be consumed effectively.

Marking this to be reviewed, in case we can enhance summary data or find a way to embed report content efficiently without impacting performance, etc.
