Include “Property Changes” in Email alerts if they are present in the Activity record details
Please describe your idea in detail. What is your problem, why do you feel this idea is the best solution, etc.
As an example, when getting alerts for “Group Membership Changes” the email does not contain information about which user was added/removed from the group. The group information and who made the change is there but it lacks key information such as the user was added/removed from the group.
How do you currently solve the challenges you have by not having this feature?
When creating alerts for customers, it would save Engineers from needing to then log into the 1Secure console to get more details about the Activity Record.
