When implementing Identity Manager within an information system, the question often arises as to how IGA should be positioned in relation to an existing or future ITSM (ServiceNow, Easy Vista, Remedy, Jira, etc.).
This issue often arises alongside the legitimate question of the user portal for service requests. Ideally, there should be a single point of access where users can submit their requests. Requests for access rights, as well as for equipment, services, etc.
