The integration of an application under IGA Governance involves first creating a connector and then integrating the application role model.
Today, the application role model can now be integrated:
A. Automatically through the naming conventions rules of the Usercube role model, if names of technical entitlements of the application comply with a naming convention
B. Manually by functional administrators from the UI
C. Manually by technical administrators with exporting, merging and importing XML configuration
For manual cases B and C, the IGA administrators are expected to conduct workshops with application managers to collect the application role model, the expected validation circuit (steps and stakeholders involved) and the automatic or suggested allocation rules if they exist.
The attached Usercube role model management spreasheet allows IGA administrators to add/update/remove the application role model during workshop with application managers.
In case C, a technical script developed by the integrator partner can subsequently generate the XML files completing the configuration to be loaded from the completed Excel file.
