Global rights visible for Normal Administrators while being part of the Device Control + Helpdesk/Easylock groups
Please describe your idea in detail. What is your problem, why do you feel this idea is the best solution, etc.
The customer reports that he is a super administrator, and he has given a few other administrators the Normal Admin rights to the default Helpdesk and Device Control admin group rights.
Despite having access to the Device Control tab, and being able to see most of the sections here, the Global Rights section is hidden.
As such, they cannot permanently whitelist devices, or mass deploy the Easylock which was the entire point of giving them Device Control admin rights.
Since these 2 modules Device control and Easylock, the customer would like to be able to have the Global rights visible for Normal administrators with access to Device Control and Helpdesk/Easylock groups .
How do you currently solve the challenges you have by not having this feature?
Currently this can be handled only by elevating the administrator permissions to Super Admin.
