I have installed Access Reviews on the auditor server. Selected data sources in Auditor, but when I try to assign a resource owner in Access Reviews I just get the message “No scan data has been added to the catalog yet, please run a synchronization from Netwrix Auditor.”
Welcome to the Netwrix Community! I’m one of the managers in our Technical Support Department, and I’m happy to assist you.
Access Reviews does rely on the Active Directory State-in-Time process to complete before Entitlement Reviews can be created. This process runs overnight, so if you just installed Access Reviews today, you should be able to start creating Entitlement Reviews tomorrow morning.
To confirm that the State-in-Time process is enabled, open your Active Directory Monitoring Plan in Netwrix Auditor, select Edit Data Source, and ensure that “Collect data for state-in-time reports” is enabled.
If you’re in a hurry, you can click Update on the plan in Netwrix Auditor, which will trigger the State-in-Time snapshot for Active Directory immediately. Just keep in mind that this only applies to Active Directory. If you’re using Access Reviews with File Server data as well, you’ll still need to wait for the overnight process to complete.
If you run into any issues or have additional questions, feel free to respond here—I’m happy to help!
