What is a one sentence summary of your feature request?

Add general API access to allow external monitoring and / or notification services

Please describe your idea in detail. What is your problem, why do you feel this idea is the best solution, etc.

We’re searching for an API, which provides the information of our Endpoint Protector management instance, so we can use this information within our dedicated monitoring (Grafana).

For example: without high manual effort, we are not able to compare the devices where the software is installed by our mdm (intune) with the devices which are registered at the endpoint protector server.

How do you currently solve the challenges you have by not having this feature?

A workaround might be a regular manual export

Thank you for sharing your idea with us. I’m pleased to inform you that we recognize the importance of API calls and have plans to implement them. However, due to other priorities, this feature won’t be available in the short to mid-term timeline.

In the meantime, you can continue utilizing traditional monitoring methods through manual exports or automated SIEM data queries. Additionally, we’re working on improving log exports to provide more detailed information on the status of computers—this enhancement will be available in the mid-term.
