bulk-enable “Send a reminder to the domain operators if not report has been received in the last month” or even enable this feature by default for new domains

In bigger environments there should be option to enable in bulk option “Send a reminder to the domain operators if not report has been received in the last month” or even enable this feature by default for new domains
