What is a one sentence summary of your feature request?

Change Tracker security needs to be able to use AD groups, not just individual users.

Please describe your idea in detail. What is your problem, why do you feel this idea is the best solution, etc.

Groups are easier to administer and can allow automation of access, as access will then be controlled by group membership.

How do you currently solve the challenges you have by not having this feature?

We have to manually review users instead of group automation.

Hi Chariz,

This should be possible is using SSO with Okta, Entra or soon to be added Auth0, but we don’t currently support this for AD. How many logins are we talking about here?

Hi james, as per the customer: It will be a very small number of users. Probably less than 10 in this case.
Probably one 1 or 2 regular active daily users also.

Thank you Chariz. While I don’t think this is something we can realistically look at right now, I do see the potential value here and will look to reassess later in the year.
