An EPP client build is needed for Fedora 42.

Please describe your idea in detail. What is your problem, why do you feel this idea is the best solution, etc.

Fedora 42 was released a few weeks ago, and it would be great to have an EPP client build available for it.

How do you currently solve the challenges you have by not having this feature?
