I find it annoying community feedback posts eventually lock especially when the core issue isn’t dealt with. If management decide the priority of bugs and new features based on community feedback then people shouldn’t have to post to the community themselves. Do something similar to git hub with pull requests and issues make the priority matrix table transparent.

This feedback category does not auto-close topics. Are you referring to Ideas sections? Those ones should not be auto-closing. I’ll review them and fix any categories that may have that setting enabled.

Just circling back that I confirmed all the Idea categories will not auto-close topics regardless of inactivity.
I also did an audit for any topics that were closed, and opened any that weren’t completed (around 35 or so). I know you mentioned in another topic that you’re not a customer currently, but I still welcome you to leave additional feedback, whether that’s creating new Ideas or replying/voting on existing ideas!
