Add a workflow to assign owners so they can review sensitive data
Please describe your idea in detail. What is your problem, why do you feel this idea is the best solution, etc.
Once sensitive data is identified, it would be helpful to share the information with the appropriate business users so they can provide feedback on how best to remediate. Ideally, we would be able to assign owners from within the platform at a folder level so that a report on multiple folders assigned to a single owner can be generated at once.
How do you currently solve the challenges you have by not having this feature?
We would generate reports based on folders, but one user may be responsible for multiple folders so this could be difficult to maintain.
