Add the option to automatically rename EPP-groups synced from AzureAD without creating a separate new group

Please describe your idea in detail. What is your problem, why do you feel this idea is the best solution, etc.

reference to Best Practise when renaming groups

We want to manage our EPP permissions for users via AD groups. Therefore we have everything configured on the “groups” level. We have also switched from Onpremise AD-Sync to Azure Active Directory.
In our environment it is relatively common that an ad-group gets renamed.
It would be really helpful if EPP has the option that the old group just gets renamed without creating a new separat group. In this case the group gets renamed according to the Azure AD Group and the permissions stay the same.

How do you currently solve the challenges you have by not having this feature?

When renaming a AD-group EPP creates a new group and we therefore have to “transfer” every “right” and “setting” from the old group to this new group with the new name and then delete the old group.
