Add filtering by Group and/or by UPN for maillboxes in Scoping options for EWSMAILBOX and EXCHANGEPS data collectors queries
Please describe your idea in detail. What is your problem, why do you feel this idea is the best solution, etc.
Currently scoping options for EWSMAILBOX and EXCHANGEPS data collectors queries allow to select individual mailboxes for processing one by one. This is not ideal for enterprise environments with thousands of Mailboxes.
In current implementation it is impossible to filter list of mailboxes for scoping. The entire list of Mailboxes is returned in full, making it almost impossible to efficiently select only those mailboxes that are needed.
Hence this request to add the following feature:
Add filter options to the Scoping settings in the EWSMAILBOX and EXCHANGEPS queries properties so that the mailboxes can be filtered and selected by Groups or by Mailbox UPN format.
How do you currently solve the challenges you have by not having this feature?
Current implementation does not allow any known workaround except for looking through the entire list of mailboxes and selecting them one by one.
