Add a Comment Field to Manual Provisioning Errors

We need the ability to add a comment to signal and document an error during manual provisioning.

Please describe your idea in detail. What is your problem, why do you feel this idea is the best solution, etc.

Currently, in the Manual Provisioning feature, when we click the “Report an error” button, the system logs a generic provisioning error without any context. A pop-up asks, “Are you sure you want to report an error? This action is irreversible,” with only “Confirm” and “Cancel” options.

To improve this process, we propose adding a third option: “Add a comment”. This would open a text field where users can describe the exact nature of the error, which is crucial for effective troubleshooting and tracking.

How do you currently solve the challenges you have by not having this feature?

We are currently only using the “Confirm” option because we don’t have an alternative.
