Access agent's log from the Change Tracker UI

What is a one sentence summary of your feature request?

They would like to have access to the agent’s log from the Change Tracker UI

Please describe your idea in detail. What is your problem, why do you feel this idea is the best solution, etc.

This is from a customer:

As we are running a shared service i we do not have access to customer devices, every troubleshooting goes through asking the customer to provide the agent logs, we would suggest a feature request to have logs sent to the HUB server, so we can troubleshoot agents issues without logging in to every server we have an agent on.

How do you currently solve the challenges you have by not having this feature?

They would login to individual servers to check the logs or asked their customer to provide them with the logs.

I agree this would be nice to have in the product, so I’m going to track it in the backlog. I’ll update this thread if we end up scheduling the work for this enhancement.
