Ability to select from multiple EntraID roles within one activity
Please describe your idea in detail. What is your problem, why do you feel this idea is the best solution, etc.
Currently, we need to create a separate activity for each Entra ID role. For example, one for Security Admin, one for Intune Admin, one for Exchange Admin, and so on.
It would be helpful to have a single activity that can grant different Entra ID roles, allowing you to select the role using a dropdown list or by clicking checkboxes.
With the large number of available roles, the current approach significantly increases the number of activities/tiles.
How do you currently solve the challenges you have by not having this feature?
Not. We have different activities for different EntraID roles.
Thanks for your reply. I mean those roles, but what you suggest is not what I mean. I mean the ability selecting the role within one activity.
So have an activity for example called Grant EntraID Role and then check or pick the role you would like. It could look the same as where you select the resource you like to use, so for example somehting like this (just as an example):
But you can pick the role before starting the session. Since we have a lot of them now you need to have lots of different activities for each role. The ability to combine them into one activity would be great.
