What is a one sentence summary of your feature request?
I want the ability to exclude specific users in entitlement reviews to declutter the list for data owners to focus on the accounts that actually need to be reviewed.

I would like the option to toggle specific users off/on for an entitlement review. I want to present the data owners with a clear and clean list of real users for them to review access for, without having to scroll through a lot of admin and service accounts that have access to the data. I want to create a succinct list so the data owners can review actual user accounts and not waste the time scrolling clicking through admin, service, or disabled accounts. I have the issue of if the review is too long and contains too many accounts that the data owner isn’t familiar with, they will not take the reviews seriously.
How do you currently solve the challenges you have by not having this feature?
I currently am unable to do this, from what I’ve tried implementing the only way to do this is to exclude the users from monitoring entirely, which is not what I want to have done. This should be an extremely simple fix, just allow me to not show specific users in the review - even if the initial setup takes me a lot of time going through and toggling off the specified accounts, I just need that ability.
