Ability to forward Notes and Ticketnumber to SIEM

Please describe your idea in detail. What is your problem, why do you feel this idea is the best solution, etc.

We’ve set up the SIEM integration but noticed it does not forward what you type in the Notes or ticketnumber field.

Why ask for these details if they are not even forwarded with the SIEM integration?

How do you currently solve the challenges you have by not having this feature?

Not. We require this field to fill, but what you type is not being forwarded to the SIEM. So you have to check the logs on the NPS Server to know what has been filled in ?
