2FA for cloud.policypak.com login

Hello! I filled out the Contact Us form for help but figured I’d try here.

I have 2FA set up and working for portal.policypak.com. I am able to login using my specific username set up for that site. I had 2FA set up in my Microsoft Authenticator, but it didn’t seem to work, so I deleted it and re-scanned the QR code, and now the 2FA works properly with Microsoft Authenticator.

It’s possible that I used to have 2FA set up and working for cloud.policypak.com (perhaps that was the one I deleted?). I logged in using the same username that I used on portal.policypak.com, but then I get the 2FA prompt. This prompt does not work with the same 2FA that works for portal. I do not see a way for me to setup or re-initialize my 2FA for cloud.policypak.com. How can I do this?

Hi. You have to open up a proper netwrix support ticket and select PolicyPak Cloud. Then put in your details.

This has to be scheduled and attended to by the PolicyPak support team. We find your account and whack your old 2fa.. but can’t take support tickets via this method.
